At StoryCorps, I developed our department’s writing style, emphasizing a personal and casual tone; the style reflects how we ask people to approach their StoryCorps interviews. I wrote and designed this email with assistance from the Custom Services team at StoryCorps. The email served as a review of our work in 2015 to capture the stories from libraries and museums who had been awarded the National Medal for Museum and Library Service.
